Physicochemical properties of sodium antimonate

Sodium antimonate is a white powder with granular crystal and equiaxed crystal. It is soluble in tartaric acid, sodium sulfide solution and concentrated sulfuric acid, slightly soluble in alcohol and ammonium salt, and insoluble in acetic acid, dilute alkali and dilute inorganic acid. Insoluble in cold water, hydrolyzed in hot water to form colloid. Toxic.
